- Z4K programme was launched in April 2005
- The Outcome is 700 trainee (children)
- Our Objective:
a) Promote and develop the child’s basic skills through interactive workshops
b) Raise parents’ awareness of the importance of active and interactive learning, which is considered a new approach in teaching children and building up their characters.
§ We implement our objectives through playing games and doing activities that help the children acquire various important skills:
a. creative thinking
b. team work
c. leadership
d. planning
e. presentation skills

The program is designed to teach and develop the above mentioned skills through a number of workshops and different activities.

The program offers a number of workshops that enhance and develop the child’s basic skills e.g.: creative thinking, team work, planning using mind maps and presentation skills.
The children are divided into groups of 6-9 to guarantee effectiveness according to the child’s age group either 6-9 or 9-12. The children play games and do activities that help enhancing these skills. |

- Z-Code:
It’s an event in which the children have to pass many stations to reach a treasure. In each station they have two challenges; a physical and a mental one. They have to solve a riddle and also to play a game to be able to go to the next station. The first team to reach the final
- Z-Olympics:
It’s a sports day in which the teams compete to win the cup. They pass many stations and in each station there is a game to play. T o win the game, the children have to apply the skills they acquired during the workshops.
- Trip:
It’s a full day event, in a place where the children enjoy nature and open-air. It’s chosen to match the general idea of the module. |
