He held the position of Business Executive Supervisor, in Merk Sharp and Dohm (M.S.D) EGYPT, one of the largest multi-national pharmaceutical firms.Furthermore, he is a member of the Sea Scout Counsel in Cairo, and responsible of the Scout Federation external affairs. Dr. Mohammad Omar comes with a vast experience with over 15 years in leading and managing charity programs. Dr. Mohammad Omar specializes in training for Time Management, Communication Skills, and Organizational Behavior ( Team Building, Event Management, Motivation and Stress Management).
 
 
 
 
  Mr. Bassem Abdul Ghani
 
 
Vice President of Zedny team, and Marketing Manager - Seasons. He earned his bachelor degree (with High Honors) in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo (AUC) with a concentration in Marketing.
As well as having been brought up abroad, Mr. Bassem during his college years, headed a community service club targeting to aid the Egyptian society, & participated a great deal in other community service activities, all of which took part in helping him understand the essence of becoming an effective and efficient person.
Mr. Bassem held the position Milk Category Marketing Manager at Juhayna in addition to Dove Brand Manager at Unilever Mashreq.
 
 
 
 
  Mr. Walid Galal
 
 
He comes with a large experience in the training field with 7 years of practice, having trained more than 4000 participants. He has a diversified professional career, makes himself a well-exposed trainer, with experiences in different fields and functions.
Moreover, he has experience in the marketing field, as he worked as a marketing consultant at LOGIC- Consulting group, where he was responsible for the launch of “Beyti” UHT milk, and Yoplait fruit yogurt. He also worked with Olympic group on re-launching their gas cookers, “Ideal Elite”.
He is responsible for the trainers and training materials qualification in LOGIC – Consulting Group. He is the trainer for Communications Skills, Customer Care, Team building, Leadership, Fundamentals of Marketing, Print Advertising, Time Management, Train the Trainer, Presentation Skills, Coping with Change, Coaching and Handling Difficult People.   Eng. Mohammad El-Daly
 
 
Leader of Zedny for Kids and Creativity Business unit. Eng. El Daly is a Teacher assistant in water resources and hydraulics department, Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University. Now, he is studying for his doctorate degree in Canada. He graduated with honors in 1999, worked as a demonstrator in the Faculty of Engineering, and received a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Ain Shams University in 2004.
 
 
 
 
  Mr. Omar Shenety
 
 
Co-Founder and Board Member in Zedny Team. He earned his bachelor degree in Economics and Business Administration from the AUC. As a top student, Omar started his career during his last years in college. He worked as a Financial Analyst in Henklel then as an Investment Analyst in IT Ventures. Omar then shifted to consulting practice where he worked as a Consultant in the leading consultancy firm, Booz Allen Hamilton then as a Director of Strategy Consulting BU in LOGIC Consulting Group. Omar currently works as a Resource Center and Business Development Director in Skopos Louis Allen Consulting.  Besides, Omar is an active board member in several companies and financial groups in Egypt as well as the Middle East. Omar was a very active member in most of the AUC’s social activities, and was the President of the Help Club.
 
 
 
 
  Eng. Mehra Mamdouh
 
 
She is a Corporate Trainer in one of the biggest multinational organizations in Egypt.  As well as a Freelance Certified Business Edge Trainer, World Bank. She worked as the Training unit Team - leader at Zedny for Human development and a Training Officer at People Development- Training Center. She earned her bachelor degree in Architecture from Helwan University. Eng. Mehra comes with more than 3 years experience in the field of training and development covering all aspects, starting from administering the training function all the way to developing and conducting courses specially tailored and job specific. Her experience also includes conducting training in the several areas such as Presentation skills, Business writing, Team work, Time management, and others.

Cofounder & board member of ZEDNY team, Zedny for Kids Unit Coordinator as well as MARKETING senior team leader,Graduated from Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University in 2004. Worked as Professional sales representative in Merk Sharp and Dohm (M.S.D) EGYPT, one of the largest multinational pharmaceutical firms. Comes with a vast experience with over than seven years in leading and managing charity programs and social youth activities. He comes with a solid experience in the training field. Dr. Ahmad is a freelance trainer specialized in delivering inter-personal courses, such as Creative thinking, Mind Mapping, Communication Skills & Team building. He also delivered Effective selling skills and customer service. He designed and delivered training for many organizations, Zedny Team, Logic management & consulting and Skills management & consulting.
 
 
 
 
  Dr. Ahmed Rashad
 
 

Dr. Ahmed Rashad is holding an MS degree in International Health Policy and Management from The Heller School for Social Policy, Brandeis University - an outstanding school in its field in the United States of America. He also has two post graduate professional diplomas in Hospital Management and in Total Quality Management for Health care organizations from the American University in Cairo. The Master in Family Medicine adds a lot to his diversity as it emphasises the logical comprehensive approach while dealing with professional issues.

 

Adding to these academic qualifications he has about ten years of diverse working experience with various sectors, such as the pharmaceutical sector in Egypt. He also worked with both public and private sectors simultaneously, which provided him with the adequate expertise of collaborating with both these distinctly different sectors concurrently to reach targeted results as well as peak performance. Working in the management and consultancy field at early stage in his professional career was an asset to keep good performance while working in diversity. Furthermore, his experience with the USAID helped him a lot to apply the management theories at the Ministry of Health and Population healthcare units to form and develop board of directors for those units under very tough conditions, which provided him with better sense about the training and development function.

  Dr. Amr El-Fass
 

Consultant Strategic Management & Marketing, Amr is a Pharmacist who comes with 14 years experience in multinationals in the Middle East. He started his career with Janssen pharmaceutica Egypt www.janssen-cilag.com.eg/ which is a leading European company, At the time of Janssen merge with Cilag to form Janssen-Cilag He was one of four institution representatives in Saudi Arabia, he spent more than seven years in sales, business development and marketing since 1994.

Amr was head-hunted as franchise manager to establish Abbott business in Egypt in 2001 www.abbott.com , ending in April 2006 heading the commercial function as pharma division manager, leading a team of senior, middle managers and juniors to achieve corporate goals. He grabbed extensive hands-on experience in virtually every stage of business with multinational approaches, large array of innovative business solutions due to work experience in various multiple countries and segments.

Amr completed his MBA studies, major Marketing in 2002 from Arab Academy for Science & Technology where he currently working as teaching assistant for the contemporary management course for the MBA students at AMI
Amr was heavily exposed to more than thirty five international training courses, seminars, symposia in Europe, Middle and Far East. Then, he obtained a Masters of Business Admin, from Rochester Institute of Technology. He worked as Business Development Manager in MCBI, then a Business Advisory in Arthur Andersen, and also he worked in Holiday Inn Resort, Safaga, Red Sea as a Sales Representative.
 
 
 
 
  Eng. Fadel Solaiman
 
 
Member of the “ Egyptian Academy of Scientific Research of the Qur’an and Sunnah”. He is also a specialized presenter of Islam, having presented Islam in the U.S.A. and other countries throughout the world to more than 15,000 people in churches, universities and governmental departments, such as the American Department of Defense, as well as in international events, such as the Frankfurt International Book Fair, 2004.
Fadel is the author of various presentations that introduce Islam to people of other faiths, including:
  • Islam in Brief. A comprehensive presentation that explains Islam’s six obligatory beliefs, five obligatory deeds (pillars), and explains who Allah is and who the Prophet Muhammad is. It also deals with the issues of hijab, status of women in Islam, and jihad.
  • Islam: a religion of Peace or a religion of War? A presentation that explains, deeply and honestly, the issue of Jihad versus peacefulness in Islam
  • Qur’an: the Discovery of Freedom. A presentation that deals with the issue of human rights in Islam, compared with those stated in the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights.
Fadel has held several workshops on training presenters to introduce Islam to non-Muslims. His workshops were attended by 600 trainees and were held in Florida, Kansas, Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland, California, Arizona and New Jersey.
Soliman is the former Muslim Chaplain at the American University in Washington, D.C. from 2001-2004, where he held weekly halaqas (study circles) for studying Islam, which were attended by a beautiful group of young people, Muslims and non-Muslims.
Soliman is also the former national chaplain of WAMY, the World Assembly of Muslim Youth, in North and Central American office, which gave him the opportunity to lecture in Canada and Mexico in addition to the U.S.A.
Soliman was, for four years, the host of a weekly television show on channel 30 in the U.S.A. entitled "The Islamic Show" and a weekly radio show entitled "Let the Qur’an Speak".
While most of the time Soliman teaches the Hafs narration of Qur’anic recitation, he holds an Ijazah in the narration of Warsh from Imam Nafie, with a chain of narration to Prophet Muhammad (rank 30), with Sheikh Abbas Al-Masry.
